Need of the forum:
Professional private limited small, medium & mid businesses (SMMBs) as well as the equity investors in them who want to make a studied & merit-based investment deserve much better ecosystem in terms of quality equity advisory & stakeholder network in India. This is an attempt in that direction.

Activities of M&A groups:
The word M&A is used for convenience. It involves all AIF activity as well. It also involves strategic, financial, contractual and corporate part of all above transactions. The group can be used for following activities.

4. To discuss why deals don’t close at all or take too much time or fail in real sense, to past professional M&A deal experiences
5. To exchange profiles, skills, engagement models, websites, blogs of M&A professionals
6. To share the marketing information of the M&A advisory firms & companies for the benefits of investors & businesses.
7. To forge alliances between CA, CS, law, management companies & many other stakeholders in M&A industry to create a professional ecosystem
8. To post M&A related job requirements & CVs
9. To assist the fintech platforms in equity space to meet the need of the industry by providing suitable feedbacks.
